Service

BargainCore provides software that helps furniture dealers receive and respond to buyer offers. It does not own, inspect, value, sell, deliver or guarantee any piece.

Dealer responsibility

Dealers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful sales, pricing limits, availability, buyer communication, payment, taxes, collection and delivery.

Negotiation results

Suggested responses, simulations and forecasts are decision-support outputs. They do not guarantee a sale, a particular price or buyer completion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BargainCore is not liable for lost sales, pricing decisions, buyer conduct, payments, delivery, item condition or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

These pilot terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.
